Event Refunds

BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO ANY OF OUR EVENTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AS SET FORTH AND RELEASE ATOMIC MOMMY PRESS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, FOUNDERS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, INVESTORS, STAFF, DIRECTORS, BOARD MEMBERS, FREELANCERS, VOLUNTEERS, VENDORS, AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATES OF ATOMIC MOMMY PRESS, LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES.

EVENT REFUND FAQS:

ALL TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  This is a strict policy. We will not issue refunds to any ticket purchaser. All sales are final.

IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED, VOUCHERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED VIA EMAIL. Events can be cancelled due to a number of reasons, including but not limited to: State mandates, severe weather, a venue opts to cancel an event, uncontrollable health risks, uncontrollable external reasons, etc. There can be many reasons that are not listed here that could cause an event to be cancelled. Atomic Mommy Press, LLC reserves the right to cancel any event for any and all reasons, as we deem appropriate.

BUY PURCHASING A TICKET TO ANY OF OUR EVENTS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR STRICT REFUND POLICY OF NO REFUNDS. This is a binding contract between the ticket purchaser and the organizer. Any attempts to circumvent this refund policy will be met with legal action.

BUY PURCHASING A TICKET TO ANY OF OUR EVENTS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO HOLD HARMLESS AND WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ATOMIC MOMMY PRESS, LLC, AND ITS OWNERS, FOUNDERS, PARTNERS, BOARD MEMBERS, INVESTORS, DIRECTORS, STAFF, EMPLOYEES, FREELANCERS, VOLUNTEERS, VENDORS, AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATES INVOLVED IN THE ORGANIZATION OF OUR EVENTS.
